Back wall for model building project

Project description

Lukas discovered me on the Internet (like so many others 😉 ) and wanted me to create an illustrated back wall for his private model building project. Since the model is not small, the back wall also had to be correspondingly large. The entire motif or poster has a size of 89.5 x 128.0 cm. The print file has become correspondingly large and complex (thanks to my powerful computer). The customer’s wish was to show a forest that appears autumnal on one side and shines in lush green on the other, but also appears somewhat threatening. I had a free hand in the basic structure of the motif and the figures in it. You can see two rough drafts of this further down on this page. The illustration was created again in Photoshop, first as a small thumbnail (preview) and then, after approval by the customer, as a high-resolution illustration in its original size.

Personally, I particularly enjoyed the motif because I really enjoy illustrating such a mystical atmosphere in the forest 😊
And the customer is also very happy with the back wall for his model!
